Inland has been recognized as a 2016 Best Workplace in the Americas by the Printing Industries of America. This marks the third consecutive year that Inland has been recognized with the honor.

The annual 2016 Best Workplace in the Americas awards are designed to recognize graphic arts companies for outstanding human relations efforts which contribute to a successful workplace. A panel of highly respected HR print industry professionals judged the applicants on eight criteria: management practices, work environment, training and development opportunities, financial security, workplace health and safety, work-life balance, recognition and rewards, and health and wellness programs.

“It is always an honor to receive this industry award,” says Mike Skroch, Inland’s vice president of human resources. “Over the last year, our company has expanded significantly, so it was important for us to continue to provide our employees with the same superior work environment they’ve become familiar with.”

In specific, Inland was praised by judges on its employee survey, leadership training and work-life balance. The Best Workplace in the Americas program is run by Printing Industries of America and was created in 2000 to honor printing companies that provide a superior work environment.
