Kendall Packaging has appointed Russell Schneider as its new chief operating officer. Schneider has been with the company since 2004 and previously served as its vice president of quality and engineering.

In this new role, he will continue to lead the quality systems and product development departments, as well as all aspects of Kendall’s operations.

“I will continue to work with our leadership team to execute our strategy of being a service and lead-time leader in our industry with a focus of continuous improvement efforts at all our plants,” Schneider said. “Our goal is always to provide superior packaging products and long-term value to our customers.”

Kendall Packaging has also named Stewart Landy as its new director of sales, where he will be responsible for overseeing and managing Kendall’s sales and customer service team.

“With Stewart’s background and in-depth experience, he is an excellent addition to our team, providing strong leadership to expand our reach in flexible packaging and continuing to foster excellent customer relationships,” said Stuart Zeisse, vice president of sales and marketing at Kendall Packaging.

Landy has more than 16 years of experience in the sales industry and previously served as the national channel manager at Brady Corp.
