Windmoeller & Hoelscher has appointed Mike Andrews to join the company in the capacity of process technology and application development for its growing cast and blown film extrusion business.

Andrews comes to W&H with a wealth of experience within the industry, having spent 17 years at Gloucester Engineering in Europe and the United States, and more recently serving as the director of product and application development in biopolymers at Metabolix in Massachusetts. He has a Ph.D. in polymer science and technology from the University of Manchester’s Institute of Science and Technology in the UK.
