Established in 1976, Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd. will celebrate 40 years in business and will present its range of primary and secondary slitter rewinders at K 2016 in Düsseldorf, Germany, Oct. 19-26. Attendees can find the company at stand B91 in Hall 3.

“For 40 years, we have developed equipment that meets the needs of our customers and supports their ever-increasing business demands,” says Stan Braycotton, sales director at Atlas Converting. “This hard work and customer focus has paid great dividends, with 2016 looking to be another great year for us. We have significantly grown our order book and will be delivering three 10.5-meter primary, plus several secondary slitter rewinders this year.”

Atlas slitter rewinders can accommodate 10.6-meter-wide unwind rolls and process them at staggering speeds up to 1,500 meters per minute. To date, the company has installed more than 2,600 secondary Titan and 1,000 Atlas primary slitter rewinders worldwide, with over 250 film slitters exceeding 6 meters in width.
